Regulations on posting the vacancies on www.vakansiya.az

  1. The use of materials and services of the Site is governed by the applicable legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic.
  2. User agrees not to post on the website the information, which can be considered as violating the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic or international law, including in the area of intellectual property rights, copyright and / or related rights, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to irregularities of operation and services of the Site
  3. Advertisement to be posted at www.vakansiya.az should contain information about specific vacancy with clear and precise description and without possibility of discretionary interpretation.
  4. Each vacancy from one company may be posted only as one advertisement.
  5. The fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required. All fields must correspond to their name and meaning and must be filled in accordance with the spelling rules without further cuts.
  6. It is allowed to use in the same position name its three synonyms. For example: Secretary / Office Manager / Personal Assistant.
  7. It is allowed to use brackets in the title of positions for details of the work site, article of commerce / services, name of department / division and etc. For example: Accountant (fixed assets), Sales Manager (stationery).
  8. In accordance with your vacancy you must select the category in which the vacancy will be posted. In one vacancy you can specify maximum 3 categories. Selected categories must comply with: job title, duties of the employee and field of activity of the company
  9. Recruitment agencies in the "Job Guide" filed must describe the organization whose interests they represent, type of business of that organization and working conditions for the proposed position
  10. Posting of the information that contradicts the law and advertisements offering a job in the following areas:

    - Gambling business, gambling games and entertainment;
    - Jobs related with manufacturing, sale and advertising of alcohol and tobacco products;
    - Pyramid investment schemes;
    - Religious sects, the occult and erotic services;
    - Writing of graduation work, term thesis, examination work and etc;
    - Earnings in the Internet, e-mail processing, distribution of bulk e-mails;
    - Network marketing, direct sales.
  11. Advertise goods and services.
  12. All vacancies posted on www.vakansiya.az  are verified by the Administrator. The vacancy will be published when all the fields are filled-in correctly.
  13. The administration reserves the right to reject the posting of vacancy on the site.
  14. Texts of vacancy, drawn up in accordance with the "Regulations on posting the vacancies” are published on www.vakansiya.az for one month.
  15. The site Administrator shall be communicated for posting of paid vacancies.
  16. Site administration is not responsible for the content of advertisements and promotional materials, as well as for unreliability of contact or other information specified.
  17. All disputes arising from or related to these Rules shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic.
  18. Invalidating or recognition as unenforceable any provision hereof by the court shall not invalidate other provisions of these Rules.
  19. Inaction of the Site Administration in case of violation of any provision of these Rules by User shall not deprive the Site Administration of the right to take appropriate action later to defense its interests and copyright for the Site materials protected in accordance with the legislation.
