Job Description:

Baylarli Design is an international design company specializing in interior and architectural design. We are currently expanding our collaboration network in the Azerbaijani market and seeking a proactive and well-connected Real Estate Agent to bring in new project leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential design or construction projects
• Establish initial contact with clients and gather essential project info
• Act as a communication link between the client and Baylarli Design
• Promote our services within your personal and professional network
• Share accurate information about the project scope and needs

Requirements:

• Experience in real estate, construction, or sales
• Strong personal network and initiative
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English, Polish language is an advantage
• Self-motivated and result-driven approach
• Ability to use basic communication tools (email, WhatsApp, etc.)
