Sales Manager will act as a point of contact for their clients, will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find the products which best fit the individual needs of the client. Sales Manager will be responsible for sales processes. You will be in charge of managing sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with realizing the activities and performance of sales by setting sales plans. To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients. Responsibilities: • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls. • Searching customers and clients. • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value. • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with clients of company. • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products • Meeting planned sales goals. • Setting sales targets. • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary. • Coordinating with marketing.
