Within the framework of international, local regulations and company rules, the service holder is responsible for the planning, organization, preparation, supervision and coordination of all the operational aspects related to the utilization of subsea equipment and tooling associated to the URF package, including assistance to the URF Construction Lead & SPS Package Lead, for the following key activities:

- Ensures COMPANY HSE standards are applied throughout the operations;

- To support and enforce the HSE Project objectives and directives;

- To support and implement the Project HSE management system (plans, procedure and specifications);

- To assist developing, revising and approving subsea operational procedures, advising and providing technical support as required to project and URF & SPS CTR;

- Assist reviewing and ensure technical documentation provided by SPS contractor is suitable and complete prior to handover to URF CTR;

- Keep ROV tooling library, tooling matrix and technical manuals up-to-date;

- Inspect and approve ROV spreads mobilized on board Vessels, in accordance with applicable IMCA guidelines, industry and international standands;

- Assist and support SPS/URF as required for all activities related to subsea equipment, CPY Supplied Items, ROV and subsea tooling, planning, management and coordination of SPS CTR personnel providing offshore services in compliance with project and URF CTR requirements;

- Efficiently manage and optimize logistics for all subsea equipment, CPY Supplied Items, ROV and subsea tooling during offshore execution phase, ensuring required items and services are timely provided to URF CTR;

- Efficiently manage and optimize the use and rental period of ROV and subsea tools, in coordination with other project stakeholders;

- To supervise and monitor SPS CTR for the maintenance and refurbishment testing and recertification of all ROV/Intervention tooling including associated transportation/lifting ancilieries, as required;

- The Service holder shall supervise the Flying Leads Deployment Frame and Tooling Deployment Basket preparation including HFL/EFL pre load out test (if any).

- At the end of the installation campaign, the job holder shall ensure that the required tooling, cap, baskets, WI HFL/EFL inventory is handed over to the Operator after adequate refurbishment for the LOF contract, as required.

- Attend subsea connectors testing and SIT as required by the project

- Attend umbilical transpooling, and testing of UTH, as required, including offshore deployment and tie-in

- Assist offshore team during operations, on board Vessels, as required;

The job holder is responsible for the daily reporting to the URF Construction Lead and relevant members of the Project Management Team (SPS Package Lead, installation Vessel RSES, Interface Lead etc) in relation with preparatory, operation and installation activities,

The Service holder shall share his time between the URF package CPY offices in Azerbaijan, URF CTR yards, SPS CTR yard , offshore, as required during project duration.

- Professional Experience (years): 7-15

- Experience in similar position (years): +/- 5

- Level / Diploma: Engineer, or less with relevant experience

- Familiar and proven experience (minimum of 5years) with equivalent roles on similar positions on COMPANY subsea installations;

- Familiar with IMCA R006 – R020

- Familiar wit Total Specifications, in particular GS EP SPS 007, GS EP SPS 027, GS EP SPS 033

- Familiar with ISO 13628-8 and API RP 17H

- Good interpersonal and communication skills;

- Fluent English (written and spoken) mandatory, Russian and Azerbaijani would be a plus;

- Skills and experience managing contractor or subcontractor in complex multicultural and multi site context;

- Ability to adapt and to represent company in discussions/negotiations with contractors;

- OGUK Offshore Medical Certificate & BOSIET mandatory, STCW would be a plus.
