Responsibilities:
Create and publish job ads in various portals;Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events;Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees;Finding new sources for getting applications;Sorting the CVs and keeping CV database for future opportunities;Screen resumes and job applications;Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates;Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive);Handling employee document administration.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;Solid work experience as a Recruitment role;Minimum 2 years, preferably experience in Hospitality sector;Experience utilizing social media, to source candidates;high level of MS Excel knowledge;Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani, English and Russian;Presentation skills;outstanding communication and interviewing skills; project and time management skills;analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
