HR Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring an organization’s compliance with relevant legislation, revolving around various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR department. This role requires a combination of organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of HR processes.

 

Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.
Ensure Employee Records Management in Government Filing system EMAS.
Handle all documentation related to employee onboarding, transfers, and separations.
Audit HR filing to check compliance with relevant legislation, develop improvement plans, implement the plans and report to management on the compliance status.
Monitor legislative changes and ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality policies.
Provide support in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Recruitment Support:
Support the preparation and distribution of job advertisements.
Maintain recruitment files and documentation.

Training and Development:
Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
Maintain training records and assist in tracking employee development activities.

Communication:
Facilitate communication between HR and employees.
Distribute internal communications related to HR policies, events, and updates.

HR Reporting:

Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and key performance indicators.
Assist in data analysis for HR-related projects.

General Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Assist in organizing HR-related events and meetings.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Humanities or related field.
5- 7 years proven experience in an HR administrative role
Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and regulations.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
