· The job holder’s overall responsibility is to supervise the Hook-Up & Brownfield multi disciplines team in order to ensure that all Preparation, monitoring, fabrication, installation, Hook-Up and pre-commissioning activities related to the Hook-up of the new platform and its Tie-in of the Oil Rocks Receiving Facilities are performed safely and efficiently and in line with Company objectives.

· Within the course of the project and according to the need, the present job description may be amended to comply with the project development and ensure final delivery.

· The job holder is accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSSE rules & requirements, with regards to the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy and for implementing and controlling these rules and requirements within his area of responsibility, and for ensuring that required HSSE competencies are within his team. The job holder shall:

· Ensure that safety remains the main priority, at all times, during the Hook-Up & brownfield activities.

· Ensure that CTR had duly prepare all resources for the Hook-Up campaign.

· Monitor that all the Preparation and Installation is in conformity with the AFC drawings, the project specifications and that the work is performed in accordance with industry best practices.

· Ensure that all Job Card are duly approved and reviewed on time prior the Hook-Up phase

· Ensure that all Hook-up & brownfield preparation works are duly performed (including the Warehouse and stock preparation identification of the equipment’s and tools needed for each single task)

· Provide technical assistance to Contractor to meet project milestones.

· Monitor progress of the works and report to the Hook-up& brownfield Manager daily.

· Ensure that each activity is performed offshore as per the plan and the allocated duration

· Check that the planning schedule is adhered to and report on any major deviations from it to the Construction and Installation Manager Lead, suggesting solutions.

· Identify critical activities and potential bottlenecks for the progress of the works.

· Focus on the early identification of potential problems and to propose appropriate solutions to assist Contractor to achieve the objectives of the project.

· Monitor the management of material supplied by the contractor for the works.

· Monitor that the work is performed in accordance with industry best practices and project specifications

· Monitor that the Contractor’s construction equipment, personnel and other resources are sufficient and mobilised and demobilised in good time

· Establish and maintain effective working relations with Contractor to ensure that Company objectives are met.

· Ensure that all technical, contractual and cost information is properly recorded, collated and available for inspection/reference.

· Ensure strict recording of man-hours spend per job card and work.

· Coordinate daily with QA/QC Team.

· Prepare or help to prepare reports for company as required.

· Ensure that Project management priorities are strictly adhere to ensure fastest RFC readiness.

· Identify in advance all logistic impact related to the Hook-up Activities which may impair the schedule

· Record facts related to potential or issued CORs

· Ensure that all the above is also applicable for all Carry Over Work (CoW)

· Ensure proper tracking and follow-up of all Precom Punch list closure The job holder shall also :

· Assist Contractor as much as possible to identify potential problems and to suggest appropriate solutions

· Report any problem without delay and provide technical assistance to the contractor as required

· Provide technical assistance to contractor and subcontractor work teams

· Provide technical assistance to Pre-Commissioning COMPANY and Subcontractor work teams

· The job holder will have a role of Reporting and Coordination within Supervisory Team

· Coordinate with the other team members as required

· Report on activities to the Hook-up / Brownfield Package Manager

· Comply with the Activities described within the HSE Management System

· Take reasonable care of own Health and Safety and that of Others who may be affected by their acts at work

· Know responsibilities to environmental issues in the work areas

· Each employee, at his level of responsibility, must observe all Company Rules, Procedures and instructions in the performance of his own task As such his duties and areas of authority are:

· Lead by example philosophy by at minimum ensuring at minimum twice a day a daily swipe of the area for hazard identification

· Follow HSE instructions given by Managers and supervisory personnel

· Assure of the safety of his work site before commencing work

· Take the necessary measures to avert immediate threat of danger

· Exercise such caution as is necessary to avoid danger to persons and installations or to avoid pollution

· Use tools, equipment and their safeguards correctly

· Use the provided means of personal protection correctly

· Leave the workplace behind correct and orderly, upon job completion – enforce the Company Clean Desk policy

· Report any anomaly, abnormal conditions and near miss to supervisor

· Participate actively in HSE meetings, safety talks, tool boxes, training sessions and drills

· Co-operate actively in the execution of the HSE plans Authority to suspend activities when there is a potential or actual threat to human life, the installation or the environment, and notify forthwith the responsible supervisor

Tələblər

· At least 15 years’ experience in Construction activities in oil and gas industry, with an extensive experience in Hook-Up & Brownfield and pre-commissioning activities

· Robust experience in coordinating/managing multi-disciplines Fabrication team and very good level of technical understanding of all disciplines concerned

· At least 10 years’ experience with International oil and gas projects

· Strong safety and quality culture in oil and gas International standards

· Good management skills and understanding of the contractual relationships involved

· Good background with International oil and gas Companies technical, safety and quality requirements

· Offshore team lead experience

· Fluency in English (speaking and writing)
