Description

• Answer, screen and direct telephone calls;
• Take and relay messages;
• Provide information to callers;
• Greeting visitors, offering them refreshments and directing them to the right person;
• Deal with queries from the public and customers;
• Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization;
• General administrative and clerical support;
• Prepare letters and documents;
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries;
• Receive and direct courier parcels;
• Schedule appointments;
• Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically;
• Organize meetings;
• Support HR Department in administration activities;
• Collect and file CV's as per HR Department requirement;
• Tidy up and maintain the reception area;
• Looking after the visitor's log-book and security passes;
• Fully adhere, at all times and irrespective of the work place, to Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) policies, procedures and requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Superior.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Higher

Work Experience: Similar experience in an administrative role

Languages:

Other Skills Required:
Azerbaijani (fluent), English (fluent), Russian (fluent)

Good communication skills
