• Providing and controlling the fuel supply for company vehicles and generators via Azpetrol cards in compliance with relevant rules; carrying out registration and reporting works in on line regime in PWS program and off line regime in Excell program

• Receiving the database from DRM and GPRS type of control devices in company vehicles, preparing and analyzing monthly reports; tracking the driving performance of vehicle users

• Organization and control of the works regarding the documentation, provision of mobile phones, meal passes to outsource employees of Fleet Management Section

• Providing the delivery of documents (power of attorney, insurance cards, annual technical inspection records) related to company employees and the vehicles in use

Proven experience in car service (at least 3 year).

• Higher education in transport field (preferred).

• Good communication skills (writing and speaking)

• Honest, responsible, active

• Fluent in Azeri, Russian is an advantage
