Responsible for organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office;
· Handle phone calls, internal and external business correspondence, including preliminary analysis of incoming documents, courier deliveries of documents, scanning of contracts and other document flow matters;
· Recording office expenditure and budgets ;
· Ordering stationery;
· Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives;
· Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties;
· Compile and update required records (hard and soft copies);
· Make telephone calls to the candidates on the current positions;
· Schedule interviews, meetings by coordinating appointments;
· Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential;
· Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
· Higher education;
· Minimum one year of experience in an office environment;
· Great desire to work and develop in HR/recruitment sphere;
· Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, hard-working;
· Great communication and phone skills;
· Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages;
· Fluent in Azeri & Russian, good knowledge of English.
