Receive, direct and reply telephone messages and fax messages
Provide word-processing and secretarial support
Type confidential documents on a word processing system using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases;
Managing filing systems; organizing the office and the shops layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment;
Dealing with some purchase reports and prepare them for presenting to the Director.
Arranging regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices;

5/7 day
Full-time (10:00 -19:00)

Citizenship of Azerbaijan Republic
Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree
Age 22-35
Required Qualifications: Fluent in Azerbaijan, good level in English and Russian
Good interpersonal skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good computer skills knowledge (including Word & Excel) Presentable looks Hardworking
