Promote Quality in the project and provide Quality advices

∙ Provide support to the Quality Manager to define, develop, implement and control implementation of a Project Quality Management Systems (QMS), including methods, organization, procedures, tools and resources

∙ Ensure QMS is duly implemented by team members during all phase of project execution;

∙ Ensure all Contractor’s QMS are fully developed, established & maintained in compliance with the Contracts, and in particular, defines the contracts requirements in Exhibit H;

∙ Coordinate the Quality Surveillance of Contractors and of their main Subcontractors, through the management of the package QC Inspectors team;

∙ Review Contractors', Subcontractors' and suppliers' QA/QC Inspection & Test Plans (format, document control and enforcement to Quality Specifications);

∙ Manage the COMPANY QC Inspector team;

∙ Ensure that the conformity of the PLANT to the project referential is fully documented and that all records are consolidated and accessible throughout execution until final Hand-over of the PLANT with its associated FINAL DOCUMENTATION to the end user

Minimum 20 years experience in Quality Management and Quality Control in project

∙ Worked in Equipment and Construction Projects in Offshore Oil and Gas

∙ Worked in international environment and be used to cover multi Site fabrications

∙ Have a background in metallurgy / welding and NDT

∙ Have a significant experience with International Oil Companies and main O&G Contractors
