JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Human Resource Coordinator will play a key role in developing the provision of human resource services and works in conjunction with Azerbaijanoffice staff, Washington-based staff, and other staff as needed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing and formalizing service contracts for persons providing services;
- Preparing and formalizing labor contracts for employees;
- Registering labor contracts in e-government system;
- Issuing and registering decrees;
- Registering and filling out labor books;
- Maintaining current HR files and databases, performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained;
- Preparing job description and job ads for new vacancies;
- Consideration of incoming applications, calling up potential candidates;
- Screening resumes, phone / in person interviews;
- Conducting and analyzing exit interviews;
- Prepares HR orders and special HR forms in compliance with legislative standards;Responsible for keeping individual personnel records;
- Performs clerical duties such as document processing, record keeping and report compilation;
- Maintains and update records for control purposes;
- Support processes observing the Company procedures;
- Optimizes the distribution of the human resources among the various activities;
- Answering employee requests and questions;
- Other related HR duties as assigned.
EMPLOYMENT STATUS:Part-Time, service contract

QUALIFICATIONS:
- University graduate;
- 1-3 years’ work experience in HR sphere;
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Azerbaijani;
- Proficiency in spoken and written Turkish and Russian is a plus;
- Effective communication skills;
- Familiarity with American Councils programs;
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively;
- Knowledge of MS Word & Excel;
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Detail-oriented;
