Sales responsibilities:
Identifying clients, getting meetings, presenting services, closing deals with a service contracts
Managing clients and building long-term mutually beneficial relationship
Contract elaboration, negotiation and signing
Participating in and elaborating of market strategy
Elaborating of bid documentation for tenders
Management responsibilities:
Administrative management of a team of engineering consultants
Supervising the financial status of your activity
Organizing & coordinating the commercial relationships with partners
Traveling to clients’ and partners’ locations including Russia, France, Germany and Asia
HR responsibilities:
Hiring new technical consultants: interviewing, assessing and challenging
Playing an active & consulting role to our recruitment team to optimize our attracting policy
Being in charge of the consultant career evolution (annual review, regular follow-up, training...)
