Key Functions:
• Do physical all outlets inventory spot check;
• Reconciles total outlet sales to total charges;
• Controlling all menu calculations prepare correctly;
• Check weekly purchase average prices with last prices;
• Check inventory reports prepare correctly and monthly (results provide to management);
• Prepare cost benefit analysis for all outlets.
Requirements:
• Higher education (Finance, Economics, Accounting);
• 2-3 years of experience in this field, preferably in the hotel sector;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
• Communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail;
• Azerbaijani language (Russian and English are desirable).
