· Adopt and demonstrate an exemplary HSE behavior, to implement HSE rules and requirements.

· Participate to the JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and Pre-job meetings prior to job execution on the field

· Comply with and understand the Permit To Work procedure enforced at both onshore and offshore locations

· Perform the Functional testing and Operational Test procedures of all electrical equipment as per Project Specifications (testing of LV & HV distribution boards and circuits, motor control centers, motors, stop start circuits and associated overloads, trace heating systems and Direct Electrical Heaters, testing of UPS systems, motors no load runs, etc.).

· Follow-up and verify compliance of the electrical equipment of the plant with technical specifications and drawings. In particular Ex inspections to IEC regulations

· Troubleshoot, inspect and maintain electrical equipment

· Support as necessary the other disciplines (electrical, mechanical, ICSS, Telecom, HVAC, etc.) in the performance of their Commissioning activities

· Reflect as necessary on the engineering documentation all modifications made during Commissioning

· Clear the punches.

· Witness and support as required the Pre-commissioning activities

· Perform adequate preservation of electrical equipment

· Proven track record of relevant commissioning experience on Electrical Systems on onshore or offshore Oil&Gas, Petro-Chemical or Power Industry facilities, and demonstrate an understanding of Commissioning process including:

· Interpretation of Single Line Diagrams, schematics and engineering datasheets

· Commissioning of HV & LV electrical power, distribution and generation systems

· Commissioning of utility and process systems

· Recognized electrical qualification from their native country

· Electrical Safety group 4 certification according to Azerbaijan legislation

· CompEx certificate (units EX01, EX02, EX03, EX04) preferred

· Competent in communicating in English language

· Able to demonstrate a commitment to safety.

· Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment

· Knowledge of Electrical field equipment.

· Desire to learn and develop skills and knowledge

· Ability to interpret and understand Single Line Diagrams, schematics, engineering drawings and datasheets in English

· Valid BOSIET and medical certificate for offshore work
