Contribute and lead a positive HSEQ culture, monitoring and driving HSEQ performance throughout the project life-cycle.
• Contribute to and drive the successful delivery of the project scope, throughout the project life cycle, in line with the Country/Territory business objectives in terms of profit and loss, safety, and quality and client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with the Project Management process, and the Contract requirements.
• Liaises with all applicable support functions and builds effective relationships with stakeholders which may impact the success of the project.
• Ensure all relevant lessons learned are captured and communicated to the project, striving to mitigate risk, promote continuous improvement, safety, integrity and compliance consistently on every project.
• Ensure all project interface aspects are addressed in a timely and appropriate manner in sufficient detail to ensure smooth progress of the work.
• Identify changes to the scope of work and prepares with the support of the Contract Specialist potential variation order requests.
• Work closely with Operations and the Vessel OMTs to ensure safe and efficient delivery of the project scopes.
- Degree or equivalent in an engineering, other technical or commercial discipline is required.
- Previous experience of working within a multi-cultural project environment and the subsea industry.
- Supervisory/management experience of a team and/or other resources.
- Commercially aware with the ability to work effectively with clients.
- Continued Professional Development - it is essential that candidates articulate their learning and training experiences.
- Candidates should possess good interpersonal skills and present themselves in a professional manner appropriate to the role.
