Job responsibility:

• Participate in drafting projects for intra-company instructions, rules and procedures, and offer new proposals regarding the improvement of these documents;

• Follow the changes occurred in legislation and developed proposals on this;

• Participate in preparation of local and international agreements, carry out their legal expertise, and make proposals on their improvement;

• Implement the systematization and accounting procedures of internal legal documents within company;

• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
• Proficiency in MS Office Programs
• Candidate should be serious, responsible, perspective and tidy
• Fluent Azeri, English and Russian language an advantage
