Responsibilities:

∙ Owning the conversion rates

∙ Set up and maintain A/B tests

∙ Provide data driven suggestions on design improvements

∙ Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs

∙ Support the team throughout the execution of projects

∙ Devise and design initiatives for our successful and growing B2C products.

∙ Push UX&UI improvements for our products serving millions of consumers across various verticals.

∙ Be instrumental in the conceptual process, able to generate multiple initial concepts and develop them into effective design solutions according to technological capabilities and limitations.

∙ Make sure the design efforts are consistent with the company's goals of optimizing performance and conversions, while creating value for our users.

∙ Ability to own and create the variety of our marketing assets, supporting the marketing team.

Requirements:

∙ 3+ years of experience as UX/UI designer
∙ University degree
∙ Up-to-date knowledge of effective UI concepts and web interfaces
∙ Experience with creating responsive designs
∙ An available portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience
∙ Familiarity with user interface patterns for web.

∙ Experience working in a collaborative team and directly with developers for implementation of designs
