Firm is looking for a Sales Representative to join one of its long-term project. Successful candidates will be offered full time position.

Responsibilities:

• Service existing clients, obtain and process orders;

• Ensure accepted orders are properly forwarded to production and delivery departments;

• Timely provide all necessary documentation to Accounting department for further billing;

• Communicate with clients to resolve ordering, billing and collection and issues; • Prepare and submit tender documentation;

• Answer client questions about prices, credit terms, products and availability;

• Negotiate prices and terms of sale and service agreements;

• Communicate with potential clients and send proposals;

• Identify and follow-up opportunities;

• Report to management on a daily basis;

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position;

• Experience in contract management and billing;

• Upper-intermediate English and Russian;

• Good communication skills;

• Good presentations skills.
