- Analyze, understand, and share market requirements and challenges for energy; including priorities and key value drivers for each category.
- Drive business objectives, challenges, projects, requirements and expectations with business partners.
- Develop expertise for local market requirements and align with the global category team to enable strategic planning; including specifications, usage, renewable energy commitments, local sourcing strategies, vendor onboarding, as well as any other market conditions.
- Research and analyze current energy markets (ie...regulated and de-regulated energy markets) and communicate market reality with global category and local business partner teams.
- Analyze data (e.g. financial, volume, P.O. activity, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned (i.e. supplier relationship management, contract management, engaging with global centers of scale (NGBS), etc).
- Requires minimum of 3 years' experience in oil and gas sector, purchase and / or material management, technical / production experience and / or equivalent experience.
- Relevant understanding of Energy Markets is a plus
