Job related daily duties:
1. Sourcing for local and international suppliers
2. Receiving and processing requests from the contractors and on-site project team
3. Drafting and submitting Delivery Notes, Bid Evaluation Forms, Purchase / Service Orders, Quotations and other related documents
4. Updating and maintaining Suppliers and Customers Data Base
5. Tracking and processing daily e-mail communication with Contractors, Suppliers and Project Team

3. MS Outlook [high level]
4. MS Power Point [average level]
Job related language skills:
1. English [upper intermediary level: good level of email business communication is a must ]
2. Russian [upper intermediary level: good level of email business communication is a must ]
3. Azerbaijani [upper intermediary level: good level of email business communication is a must ]
Job related experience:
1. Minimum 1 year in Oil & Gas service company in the relevant or similar position is a must
Job related terms:
1. 40 hours a week [Saturday-Sunday are the days off]
2. Overtimes will be calculated as per the overtime hourly rate
3. Trial period is three months
4. Salary is 600 AZN NET
