To support and enhance the HSEQ project objectives, the Safety Culture process and ensure safe working practices are applied throughout the GA upgrade;
To ensure that HSE actions raised from risk analyses are followed and closed prior commencement of the work;
To support and implement the Project HSE management system (plans, procedure and specifications); To monitor the implementation of safety procedures and working practices by CONTRACTOR;
To ensure compliance of upgrade activities with project documentation and in particular the implementation of the corresponding inspection and test plans;
To ensure that all equipment is fit and certified as per agreed deliverables;
To liaise with Marine Warranty Surveyor for any approval;
To be the main point of contact for the Contractor Upgrade Manager, and liaise closely with him regarding all ongoing activities; To be responsible for the acceptance of the work (as/when contractually required) performed by CONTRACTOR;
To ensure that all contractual and technical requirements related to the works are met;
Timely and actively liaise with other specialists of the team in order to ensure consistency of the works.
Qualification:
· Level / Diploma: Engineer, or equivalent;
· Extended capability in the knowledge and understanding of assets works and factors influencing the adequacy, delivery of services equipment and materials;
· Working knowledge of Dynamic Positioning systems;
· Demonstrate ability in the knowledge and understanding of HSEQ, planning / schedules, forecasting and risk management;
· Hold relevant certificates of training as required by the service;
Professional Experience:
· Evidence at least 20 years experience in oil and gas offshore installation, including but not limited to :
o at least 10 years experience in oil and gas offshore installation in a management role, part of which on DP vessel(s);
o management of similar large offshore asset upgrade project(s);
o management of offshore diving activities;
