Handling Visa for Specialists (Expats in Azerbaijan and Azerbaijaniы for out of domestic territory).

Handling Work permit for Specialists (Expats in Azerbaijan). Handling Insurances (Medical, Repatriation).

Handling logistic for specialists (Mobilization, Rotation, Flights, Train, Hotel, Local transportation).

Collecting Employees’ Time sheets (forecasted / final).

Handling Specific Requests from Specialists. Handling Accommodation for specialists (Local Housing at work location/ Local Brokers & Agencies).

Handling Banking Account procedures.

Handling Med-Checkup for Specialists.

Review, Manage and Negotiate contracts with Subdivisions etc.

Providing functions regarding recruitment of candidates (Consultants) for out staffing basis.

Searching for suitable CVs on various job boards/networks and matching these profiles with the needs requested by Clients.

Identifying and making proper qualification of potential candidates; holding interviews phone and / or physical with selected candidates.

Working with Company’s Data Base (processing of incoming CVs/monitoring CVs placed on different job boards/networks, updating on regular basis).


High education (Bachelor’s degree is mandatory as a minimum)

Previous experience in HR & administration sphere is a plus.Fluent/Upper-Intermediate level of English is required, knowledge of French language is a plus.

Personal skills as ability to work independently/in a team, responsibility, discipline.
